The numbers are in, and thanks to the help of many passionate supporters and community members, Women Against Multiple Sclerosis (WAMS) of Tallahassee raised a total of $20,000 during its 11th Annual Luncheon last month. As a proud supporter, Kidd Group thanks all who helped make this possible.
Multiple Sclerosis (MS), an unpredictable, often disabling disease of the central nervous system, affects more than 400,000 people in the U.S. and 2.1 million worldwide. It is estimated that the average person spends up to $50,000 per year on MS-related expenses, including lost wages, making fundraising efforts like the luncheon so significant.
