Every day of the year, Beaches Energy Services encourages its customers and local residents to use energy-efficient products and be conservation-aware. It was fitting then, for the utility provider to launch their newly redesigned website on a day dedicated to awareness and appreciation for the Earth’s environment.
“We just couldn’t be happier with the outcome,” said Glenda Wagner, Supervisor of Customer Service for Beaches Energy Services. “We love helping our customers learn about easy ways to save energy and money, and it worked out perfectly to coordinate the website launch with such an important day!”
When redesigning the Beaches Energy website 3W Studios made sure to retain all of its key features, including tools like online bill pay and energy audits, while enhancements focused on usability and functionality. Several new features include conservation videos, information on energy myths, helpful energy-saving tips from the monthly Tidings newsletter, an integrated Twitter feed, as well as other social media links.
Content was also reorganized, such as highlighting the Beaches Energy Services rebate program that not only helps the earth, but also saves customers money – a total of up to $1,675 in energy-saving rebates for residential energy-efficient improvements.
