Professional Testing, Inc. is a specialized group of psychometricians and technically adept professionals who design measurement tools for assessing employee strengths and weaknesses, creating certification measurements through examinations and other applications to measure the knowledge, skills and abilities of each individual in a group. Kidd Group created the identity, a row of four iconic heads, with the third framed, which cleverly illustrated principles involved in psychometrics. A tri-colored palette was applied to the stationery suite, collateral materials, an informative website and advertising during sponsorships at annual conferences.
