Be thankful when your customers complain

Social media has changed the world in more ways than most would have imagined just a few years ago. Now we can continually stay connected with friends and colleagues regardless of out location. We can share images and videos almost instantaneously. And perhaps most important we can complain. As strange as this sounds it can be an indispensable tool for businesses today even if they don’t choose to actively participate in the discussion.

Social media is a treasure chest of opinions and reviews of different industries and products. All of this gives businesses the opportunity to tap into these opinions and reviews to better their product or service.  With careful monitoring businesses can quickly become aware of what the general public believes their strengths and weaknesses are.
