Retail business and Residential combined complex, Valdosta Georgia: Gill Property Management in Valdosta Georgia planned this ten-story combined use development. The intent was to meld luxury urban condominiums and penthouses with commercial offices and retail establishments on the middle floors and at street level. A green rooftop with amenity deck offered views of the surrounding town, a swimming pool, sauna, fire pit, and bocce ball courts. Kidd Group assisted with the identity, branding of planning documents and collateral, a website, and public relations support.
